Design thinking can be described as a discipline that uses methods to match people’s needs with what is technologically feasible and what a viable business strategy can convert into customer value and market opportunity. By using a process to achieve this that can be used over and over again, the users gain creative confidence. As Tom Kelley says in the video, many people have creative ideas but lack the courage to express them. By implementing process thinking, this can be overcome.
