If we consider talent to be a global commodity, as precious as oil or water, then it should be possible to analyse it as a commodity, to predict supply and demand. The study is an attempt to identify future trends around talent availability in national markets, in order to provide reliable data on the important challenge of talent attraction. It is well worth taking a look.
